Read the letters from the FCC to Apple and AT&T. Very pointed questions. Let’s hope this forces encourages Apple to make the App Store a bit more at all transparent and to tell AT&T to fuck off (after they deliver MMS and tethering, of course).
Apparently, that’s the lowest rate in New York State (by county). Both those facts disturb me.
